JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE (JOB ID# 14301)

Vitallius MEDIA is looking to hire a confident and positive minded individual who is business savvy and eager to begin a career in sales and marketing. The successful candidate needs to be a quick learner and effective communicator in order to both initiate and establish accounts with Key Decision Makers from companies across Ontario.

Key Activities Include:

– Learn the product knowledge of all company services
– Generate leads and initiate new business
– Build and maintain successful customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
– Arrange meetings and meet prospects daily from small businesses to large corporations
– Involve in proposal process and negotiate commercial terms of business and prices
– Increase sales and profits through strategic planning and optimization of sales process
– Receive orders from customers, place orders to vendors and manage sales within accounts
– Recommend innovative ways to improve the company products, the sales process and customer service
– Monitor local market trends, develop new customer segments and grow local market share
– Accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Reporting includes:

– Provide weekly sales feedback and activity
– Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
– Detail activity and assessment of all key accounts (likes, dislikes, wants, needs)
– Quarterly SWOT analysis for the assigned market.

The successful candidate must satisfy the following:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ambitious, competitive, adaptive and self-motivated
– Entrepreneurial, energetic and results oriented
– Strong team player with a “Can Do” attitude and passion for excellence
– Effective time management and organization skills
– Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
– Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– Comfortable with Project Management process
– Comfortable with online-buying process
– Comfortable with major Social Media tools
– Previous Sales or Marketing experience will be considered an asset
– Knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset
